Two ways to request deletion.
At AM:PM Network, you have full control over your account and personal data. Choose whichever option works for you.
- 1 Open the AM:PM app and go to your Profile
- 2 Tap Delete Account
- 3 Confirm your deletion request
Once confirmed, your deletion request will be queued for processing immediately.
Can't access the app? Email us with the following details:
Include in your email
- Your registered mobile number or email address
- Your username, if available
- "I want to delete my AM:PM account"
Your data, clearly split.
When your request is processed, we delete or anonymise all personal data tied to your account. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.
- Account profile information
- Name, username, email, or mobile number
- App preferences linked to your account
- Saved user activity (where applicable)
- Any other data no longer required
- Transaction or payment records
- Legal or compliance records
- Security logs
- Records to prevent misuse or fraud
- Backup copies (limited period, then auto-deleted)
Any retained data is handled per our Privacy Policy and will not be used for normal account activity after deletion.
What happens and when.
We aim to process all valid deletion requests within 30 days. Complex cases involving legal or security review may take longer.
Once deleted, you will lose access to:
- Your AM:PM account
- Saved preferences and beat selections
- Personalised app experience
- Any account-linked data or settings
