Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible. Please review this page fully before submitting a deletion request. If you have questions, contact us first at hi@ampmnetwork.com.

01 How to Delete

Two ways to request deletion.

At AM:PM Network, you have full control over your account and personal data. Choose whichever option works for you.

Option 1 Preferred
Delete from the App
  • 1 Open the AM:PM app and go to your Profile
  • 2 Tap Delete Account
  • 3 Confirm your deletion request

Once confirmed, your deletion request will be queued for processing immediately.

Option 2 Email
Request by Email

Can't access the app? Email us with the following details:

Include in your email

  • Your registered mobile number or email address
  • Your username, if available
  • "I want to delete my AM:PM account"

02 What Gets Deleted

Your data, clearly split.

When your request is processed, we delete or anonymise all personal data tied to your account. Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons.

Deleted / Anonymised
  • Account profile information
  • Name, username, email, or mobile number
  • App preferences linked to your account
  • Saved user activity (where applicable)
  • Any other data no longer required
May Be Retained
  • Transaction or payment records
  • Legal or compliance records
  • Security logs
  • Records to prevent misuse or fraud
  • Backup copies (limited period, then auto-deleted)

Any retained data is handled per our Privacy Policy and will not be used for normal account activity after deletion.

04Timeline

What happens and when.

We aim to process all valid deletion requests within 30 days. Complex cases involving legal or security review may take longer.

DAY 0
You submit a deletion request via the app or email. You receive a confirmation.
≤30d
Account deleted. Personal data is removed or anonymised. You lose access to your account, preferences, and settings.
After
Retained data (legal, compliance, security logs) is handled per our Privacy Policy and automatically purged as permitted.

Once deleted, you will lose access to:

  • Your AM:PM account
  • Saved preferences and beat selections
  • Personalised app experience
  • Any account-linked data or settings
